  • Radiator Question

    Hello all,

Is there a way to tell the difference between a "dual pass" rad and one that isn't? I'm comparing the XSPC EX360 rad to the Koolance HX-360HL rad. Koolance claims their rad provides about 1000 watts of heat dissipation. Is this about the same for all 360 rads or does it apply only to their rad because it's a "dual-pass" rad?

    Many thanks!
    Mario

They are all the same inside.

Notice that koolance has the same 1000W number for all fins count

Is it just me - the single pass rad looks to be the better one?

        Thanks for the image Hooded!

iv been told dual pass cool better per cycle on a same level of quality rad. but on the other side single pass is less restriction per cycle.

iv bought my self the koolance my self last week. im actually boiling distilled water to clean it up right now .

i would think those two rads are same cooling capability but from daz's video EX areof better construction the koollance has the fins exposed like the RS had.

            Thanks dmckoy!

I already have a pair of EX360's and they are a really nice rad. I think I'll go with what I already have and know. It will be two 360's in my HAF 932 rig and the one 360 in my HAF 912 rig.
