kinda made the mistake of buying the 9370 for $350. The 9590 at the time was $450-500 at the time. Highest you can get them is basically the turbo frequency. These things are pushed to their limits. Even if you could I think the motherboard would be a limiting factor. When I buy my new setup I'll be passing this one to the wife but I'm considering the lower tier. 8350's should be dirt cheap now or soon, I'd be putting that on air. Wanted one of those wraith coolers perhaps

These go on sale for $699 on Amazon/Newegg/Canada Computers from time to time. This past Black Friday CC had them for $699, so keep an eye out for better deals . I got mine from Newegg when they had them for $699 a few months back.
Can agree though that they are phenomenal. It's a night and day difference if you're using a regular 60hz monitor and G-Sync is awesome.

You're thinking of a different panel. They rarely go for under a grand.
