MAX Nighthawk X9 Keyboard

Hi All, a little off topic for sure but I purchased a MAX Nighthawk X9 Keyboard a week ago and am impressed as hell with it. Typing on the MX Cherry Reds is very nice even though I'm a 4 finger kinda guy (when it comes to my Scotch as well) but my daughter who is a typist tried it out and said "when you gonna get me one Dad?". The backlighting is the brightest I've ever seen through the laser cut keycaps with 3 brightness levels and a fourth "breathing or pulse" level. The USB and headphone ports are a nice touch as is the soft satin finish on the housing itself. You can also buy some custom caps as well, such as a "Running Man" for your escape key (frivilous but fun). Check out the site.

Nice looking keyboards, backlighting is excellent. Most likely need something like that in the near future because of my ( our ) advanced age !

I was looking at one of those as I would really like to try a quality mechanical over the G19 I have. After watching a few videos a couple of them did complain about one of the shift keys being wobbly and small things like that, but who knows how abused those individual keyboards might be. Do you notice any serious wobble with any of the larger keys?

LOL at advanced age gdesmo, in a few years I'll be 60, so I guess I'm ahead of the game buyin' one now! I find the keys no more wobbly than on my old SteelSeries 6Gv2 Izerous. On a different note, I'm now saving my pennies for a Flying hovercraft from the Hammacher Schlemmer catalogue for a cool $190,000. Or the Full Immersion Professional Racer's Simulator for $65,000. Cripes who's got the cash to buy this stuff anyway? LOL
