  • New desk top

Decided i needed my desk abit wider to allow my keyboard tray to fully work.

So i bought a sheet of 3/4 plywood with one good side, i then routered the edges.
then stained the wood and applied a polyurethane finish (many coats)

hmm the manage attachments doesnt seem to be working.

Good job stephen; we gotta what we need to do in order for us to manage all the crap we accumulate in regards to our hobby .

Just recently; I bought yet another new case for my (yearly) PC upgrade, didn't like the old end table I was using for a stand, so went to Ikea and bought a laptop desk and am using it to hold my PC

    Width: 27 1/2 ", Depth: 19 5/8 ", Height: 28 3/8 ". Sits almost flush with my glass-top (L-shape) desk now

Paid regular price $24.99 + tax, the old table was only about 15 - 18" high. Now that the PC is almost 30" off the floor; and that the motherboard tray in the Genesis 9000 is reversed, I can actually see the coolant in the waterblocks.

nice job on both the desk and the pc stephen. i wish i would could make a full custom desk with a pc build in it but, it's very expensive to make vs buying a regular desk and a case to put the pc in.
