Core i7 3930k overlocking

MSI Big Bang Xpower II, and yes, it was running 47 x 100. Manual says it's not supposed to be a static value, doesn't say anything about unlocking it.

I'm checking the manual for your board on page 2-10, the CPU BASE CLOCK (mhz) looks adjustable same with CPU Ratio.

I know the manual says it is, but it's not letting me. There's something wrong with the board. Clearing CMOS and flashing the bios does nothing.
