      If I remember correctly they tried to get after Corsair last year, but it seems Corsair has deeper pockets for legal battle then Swifty.

        They went after CoolerMaster a little earlier this year too. I was speaking with the Swifty guys on facebook. Its pretty sad when you have to stoop that low...

            So far Swiftech can still sell h220 in Canada. but their only retail outlet usually out of stock. Calgary company Cool-it makes oem systems for corsair so maybe Canadian patent not so restrictive or not filed?

              If I recall, Asetek sued Cool-it in 2012... same deal.
