Tried to join Linus Tech Tips Forum to respond on negative post about DazMode, but it apparently they want min $5 per month to have right to post on forum?

That was my honest screw up. I was misreading his message that I send wrong block a FC780 instead of Fc680, so I told him open box not returnable. Eventually it passed my sick scull that it was my mistake, not his.

Block was exchanged with all expenses paid.

"Opened internal sealed packages are not refundable." but it really depends on some packaging. Some don't even have a internal seal unlike most EK products do.

Yes this is a clearer statement, Imho
