If its less damage then what was posted it should be no problem. May not cover the whole length of the crack but should get most of it and will seal it.

Does it look like screws were over tightened or material problem?

Here's the damage on both blocks. I took a picture of the both size of the plexi top in case it would help.

Block 2

Send them over, will have to heat it with a blow dryer to warm it so the plastic expands a little. Then can inject some solvent in so that it flows in better, let it sit for 2 days and re-tap the holes. Will need the bridge, screws and O-rings so I can set it up in a test bench to test it under pressure with hot water. No cards though just the blocks and bits.3770K IHS removed-Max V gene-2x4gig ram Gskills 2400 Trident X-2x400watt Qmax TEC`s with dew point controller-420 Monsta rad for TEC hotside-360 TFC Xchanger for dual 670`s-RP452 res with 2xD5 vario pumps- HF Supreme with modified plate-DD Cp Pro pump for cold side of TEC and cpu block-Dual CM haf 922`s and a Seasonic X-1250 Psu
