Modified Swiftec 360 to have an air vent at highest point, must sand and repaint end of rad. Cut a hole in the bottom for 140 intake and installed 4 of my little 92 fans for intakes as well ! Drilled hole in back of case for the rad vent to stick out. Click image for larger version

By air vent do you mean a bleeder valve?

        or something else

I think what he has done is made a threaded hole at the top of his rad for a G¼ plug/vent.
So that when filling it from the bottom up in a vertical position the air will vent out the top rather than push through the loop until reaching the res. Fairly common on the higher end EKWB rads and the older Feser Exchanger rads. Might be seeing it wrong though just my two cents.

            Interesting build for sure.

It is an air vent to bleed the air out, makes life easier. I always like to fill from the bottom up because the air naturally wants to go upwards as it is displaced by liquid. Fitting is a 1/4 NPT x 1/8 NPT brass bushing with a 1/8 heating rad air vent. Click image for larger version

I`d be happy to do it as a favour, but not business ! Have enough work` it is cutting into my build time at the moment. picked up a pair of 160 gb Velociraptors from my friends server, they will go into Antec in raid 0 as boot drive and should hold 8 games with tons of room left. Purolator left a note to pick up my 600 gb Raptor on Arrow Road, see how work can be a pain. At least my Frozen Cpu order was delivered with my Monsoon fittings ! Gotta love new toys. Green room keeps me calm, should I paint it black so the gold fittings stand out better ?
