Spent a solid two months designing this before sending the files out to have the acrylic cut for me. I have decided to go with black outside white inside. I wanted more colors but to keep material costs down I went this route. I have designed the case so that the two 240 rads + power supply and pump will be in the base of the case. I went with a SFX power supply so that I would have as much room possible in the base for air flow. The top of the case features a flat laying motherboard with three windows one top, and both sides.

    The case measurements are H 312mm x W 292MM x D 372mm

No, I tried to get it done locally but all of my attempts to find good source in Ottawa or Montreal failed. I ended up using Ponoko (http://www.ponoko.com/)
Its in the US and shipping was a pain but it ended up working out quite well for me. You can upload your design online and get an instant quote, while with most companies its more manual. The cutting is $2 per min, which is standard. I also sourced the acrylic from them.

I had made a little tray for the SSD but I wont be using it. Instead ill just twist tie it down somewhere near the PSU. As you can see its gonna be a tight fit in there.

Now for the part I was worried about... But everything fit as planned perfect measurements!
I had the laser cut smaller holes for the motherboard stand offs then I used a tap to get a 6-32 thread.

The next part was the back plate, it fit dead on perfect.
