Update
So I wasn't happy with my second build and the noise the pump was generating so I decide to redo the entire thing again. As usual working with limited space is very hard. I removed the powersupply shroud so I can work on mounting the pump easier. Another hard part on this build was the Reservoir sice Its quite big for a case like this and the inlet and outlet positioning is weird. I also gave more time on doing proper cable management since I find that I keep on moving them away whenever I check the back.
As the name said this build was really painful. Took me 20 hours of work 10 hours is just by figuring out where to put reservoir and pump.
Hardware List
Asus Z170 ROG Maximus Impact VIII
Intel i7 6700k
MSI GTX 1080 OC
EVGA 750W GQ
G Skill Ripjaws 2400mhz 2x
Adata 480GB SSD
NZXT MANTA
Custom Loop
Darkside Fittings
D5 Strong with Darkside Top
Eisbecher 150mm Reservoir
240mm Radiator
240mm Radiator Cross
EK 1080 Waterblock
Darkside Pro CPU Block
and alot of ZIP TIES and double sided tape
Because of my first waterloop build which turns ugly I decided to switch to a new one. While browsing the Internet ITX build caught my attention. At first I wanted to build one on a Fractal Design Nano S but that was a bit hard to find nowadays so I decided to take on the MANTA instead since its my second choice. On the motherboard I wanted one that could give me a good OC and was planning on getting Asus Z170i Pro but saw that the Maximus Impact was on sale at CC so I picked that one instead.
On the build itself trying to fit a D5 pump on this case is a bitch. There's no space, no mounting unless I drill hole and Its pretty tight trying to put everything together. I ended up putting everything together with a zip tie to keep it on place since screwing it is not an available option. The same goes with the reservoir. Beside that everything else wasn't bad a few bad bends on my first try but that was expected that why I bought 10 tube because I know I will need them. Nevertheless I'm satisfied with the build might change some of it depending on my free time.
