  • Lurker Build Ver.3

Been water cooling my pc's for at least 10 years now (started of with TT Bigwater) and have been modding/playing ever since.
Been lurking on this forum for quite awhile, and have purchased most of my lc parts over the last 4 years through Dazmode for constant changes and upgrades I do every Christmas.
This year though I purchased two R9 290's off necrodead to update my very dated HD 6970's and I said I would post some build pics. I also picked up an EK Supremacy Elite wb off ebay to replace my old (and again very dated) Swiftech Apogee XT. Then from Daz, a nice Heatkiller Tube 200 to replace a DD res.
All in all should be a good rebuild I can hopefully finish by the new year. Unfortunately I don't have all my old build pics anymore from the first round, but I have one of ver.1 with a single Admiral 360 mounted up top, then last year I replaced that with two EK triples and a new D5, ver.2. So I guess this will be Lurker Ver.3. Hopefully I can do a little better with my tube bending on this one as well.

Awesome build. I'm confused though ? Is it safe to assume your rez and block are painted in the second picture ??

On ver.2 I used Mayhem UV Lime Yellow in my ID, but now I kind of wish I had gone black or dark blue.

Thanks, would like to have kept it in there but my second one didn't fit where I needed it so I switched to the EK rads and haven't had any issues.

Thanks, ver.1 was my first attempt at rigid pipe and only had to modify slightly for ver.2. Once I started seeing the builds here with that tubing I had to start as well.

This time though I am going to close off the bottom and clean up my wiring as well. Need to bring my A game now that I am posting this.

                            Rig is looking good.
Would like to ask f you could rotate your pics before uploading. I for one don't like cranking my head around 90°
                            Love that heatkiller res.

Not sure why pics are like that... in my files they are properly positioned.

Ya that Heatkiller res was well worth the $$$
