  • Caselabs PC, Watercooled 3930k, R4E, GTX 690

    Just a few pictures at the moment as i just got the system running and haven't had time to take some proper pictures. I am gone for the next week as well but after that i will see what i can do about uploading some better pictures of it. This is my first go at water cooling and i hope you guys like my attempt.

    cpu: 3930k
    mobo: rampage 4 extreme
    memory: CORSAIR DOMINATOR 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 Desktop Memory Model
    video card: nvidia gtx 690
    power supply: corsair ax 1200 (massive overkill for this rig but i bought it cheap off a friend)

      not alien skin just green, didn't spend much time taking the pics so the colour is not quite right, and the space does make things stupid easy for a first attempt at watercooling.
      p.s. your youtube videos were of great help and were what originally inspired me to try watercooling.

              Welcome to the wet side! Once you've starting water cooling, you never really finish! RFLMAO I think your system looks amazing and I can't wait to see more pics! :party:

                to the darkside of PC cooling Tristan; I think your pics speak volumes, as for the color...I really love the effect cold cathodes give to both the green cables and the black fittings.

                Another great example of what can be accomplished with a few fittings; a bit of tubing, and a whack of imagination

                    Thanks for all the compliments, i thought it turned out quite well for a first build, other than a small misadventure with a missing o-ring on a fitting the first time i tried to fill it up lol.
