These things are pretty easy to find. I ended up grabbing mine from Canada Computers cheaper than Caselabs sells it for. They use the Silverstone devices for it. Any of the FP3x series would work.

Can be found online in Canada from $15-$25

I use the FP38 myself as I didn't want the audio connections.
