Cables are usually about 24" long x number of wires in a cable
(24 + 8 + 6) * 24 = 912 inches or 76'
That would do the three main ones with nothing extra left.
I would count up your cables then add an extra 10% for waste and missed cables for the count.
24pin Mainboard power
8pin CPU power
6 or 8pin GPU power
4pin Molex
5pin Sata
All require 2mm sleeve for each wire.
Use 4mm sleeve for fan wires, LED wires or simply where you wish to have two wires in one sleeve.
To do a nice job of the 24pin you'll need to get some extra pins to crimp on after cleaning up the manufactures wires.
What PSU are you trying to sleeve?
Sleeving takes time and patients check out Lutros Video tutorials for the best how to's they are a little long and a bit tiresome but there is always fast forward.
Also you might want to dye some white sleeve pink as I'm not expecting Daz to grab Pink any time soon. I could be and have been wrong plenty of times in the past though.
