  • Watercool rather dead than alive. I'm trying to order something for past 8 months and always some problems that prevent them from take it. Too much effort to chase that wild goose.

    • That's unfortunate to hear. Just as well, Watercool got back to me - it definitely won't fit a bigger PCB like Matrix, so there goes that.

The Basic LC version doesn't include those ports for connecting to the optional VRM block. That photo is the LT with what looks like the "DIY 40".

      • I was planning to buy 2 EK waterblocks for gtx780 like this one https://www.dazmode.com/store/produc...-acetalnickel/
You only have one in stock. Any plan on restocking this block with the black backplate that goes with it?
I'd buy these blocks, with the black backplates, the EK cpu block that you already have in stock and the vrm block for The maximus vii gene that I've asked in a previous post. thanks.

          • I've decided to wait for the next project so if it's still possible, I would like to cancel what I've asked in post 916 and 933.
            It was waterblocks from EK.
            Sorry for that.
            Thank you.

            • Most likely Performance PCs will be picking up some items from DarkSide lineup. They also offering to look at their ModMyToys product line.

If anybody familiar with any good items under ModMyToys name, please advise.

                      • I have some of the ModMyToys Power Dist. PCBs, haven't needed them for a particular build but they seem well made. A shame they don't have SATA power though, would make for cleaner rig.

                        Vandal switches would be welcome.

So it looks like Bitspower makes a full block for the 980 Matrix Platinum, the VG-NGTX980AM:

Clearly this is on my wish list now

                        • Daz, do you sell cable testers for people that make their own ATX/PCIE cables? Wouldn't mind seeing those in stock. For those of us who don't have the stones to make our own cables, those testers would give peace of mind.

                            • Bartman you only need a multimeter for the ATX/PCIE plugs, they are 12 volt or ground on the 4, 6, and 8-pin plugs. Just ask and pinout voltages will be confirmed as they are standard on the gpu or mobo side.
