Started my teardown last night, ran into my first roadblock last night. The bitspower DDC heatsinks come with 2 sets of screws, 30mm and 20mm. Problem is, with my 35x2 top I need 25mm screws. I will probably trim the 30mm ones down to size. I also noticed some bad corrosion on a few of my black QDC fittings (similar to this post here http://www.overclock.net/t/1404275/b...nect-owners/50)

Hopefully tonight I will have the rads remounted along with the pump and res.

Hmm, I'm about to use some silver QDC's, the QD4's, to hook up my wall pass thru. Hopefully I won't run into the leaking and corrosion issues.

From what I have read it seems that the silver ones don't seem to have the same issue, as it is I only have 1 in my system now and it will only be used to drain the loop.

Things are moving along, I am having an issue with foam at the top of the tube res. Any thoughts on how to get rid of it?
