Trying to connect 1/2 to 3/8 with a converter. If you have a better idea i will appreciate it.

I will try to finish my build this next week. Thanks for viewing it.

Seems odd that ASUS would assume that everyone still uses 3/8" tubing in their systems, why not have the mobo supplied with just G1/4" fittings instead?

As for the adapter; while not the prettiest, it seems to do the job, only other alternative I found at dazmode was this http://www.dazmode.com/store/index.p...roducts_id=789

Looking at the (lower) picture of the 3/8" outlet on the mobo; you may want to try to push the tubing down a bit further, so that a clamp (or zip tie) can be attached.

Why not use 3/8 fittings and tube just for this section? You have different diameter tube anyway, so what harm extra half a ft. of tube will do?

As far as I can tell (reading through the build log at ROG), Ban custom made this fitting for the 3/8" outlet, as he did with a majority of the build components

Acrylic works very well, MEK ( methyl ethylene ketone ) solvent cement bonds it together. Most small plastic companies will cut it for you or use a jigsaw with a sharp 14-18 tooth blade. I made mine with a couple angled reinforcements and covered it in Di-Noc carbon vinyl.Click image for larger version

Yes it will but it is a little on the thin side and will need a little reinforcement. I just realized you are a neighbor, I`m at Bathurst and Steeles if you need a piece of 3/16 cut you could go to Plastic World at Allen road and Sheppard. I could even give you a piece of that Di-Noc vinyl if you want as well as a few re-inforcements and proper solvent. Make sure you make pieces a little oversize for re-inforcements.

do you not have clamps on your mobo fittings the 3/8 to half?
