You should post a group photo

The largest case I've built in is a Fractal Design Define XL R2.

Thanks. It has ok space but for dual loop, it's a bit tight haha! Looking at my budget, I might go for a W100 or 1000D if I keep having troubles doing the tubes. The mods are on hold for now. At least for a week until I make my decision about keeping that one or getting the other. Already have the Level 20XT and the Enthoo 719 in the room and it takes a lot of space lol. Having 4 cases would be very annoying.

Things took another U-turn lol. I hope this one is the last one cause I'm really tired. Couple pics of whats been going on. Sadly couldnt find the case I'm looking for so decided to stick to the x71 for now. Might get the W100 but not sure i want to invest another 500$ on a case while having 3 to sell already lol. So anyways, the pics.. it's just some builds testings and rough draft.
the cats always have to approve before i can open anything...
the x71TG with everythings it's coming with.. which isnt much actually compared to Phanteks..
     the build has started... again...
getting some rads ready.. still 6 fans short too...

Thanks. Frosting the regular tubes is quite easy but tube reservoir and blocks are another story. Can see every scratch from sanding if not done right with the right grit. The 250mm reservoirs are both very scratched so it's either that or get new ones. But it might actually be the 2nd option the winner. Not sure... will see when I get my sanding pads next week.

I couldn't keep that run sadly. Never found what is leaking and just got mad I threw everything in the trash for real. Played to much with inserting tubes in and out of the fittings, the o-rings inside got very damaged.. thought I was done ordering parts but Daz will see me at the end of the week getting more along with temp sensor fittings lol. Sure wish he had the high flow next already but oh well...

The frosting is a cool concept.

Well, here's some update.. finally decided and completed that stupid run. Only able to work like half an hour a day with my situation so it's going slower everyday.. anyways here's how it looks. Sadly, I have a tiny leak somewhere but can't find where it is. When testing one by one all is fine but once I test 2 rads with the run to cpu block I lose like 0,05 bar over the night.. about to throw this in the trash.. never struggled so much on a build... oh and to put the cherry on the sundae... ID:	92005 I've tried doing it with three bends instead of two and the 90° fittings but it looked even worse grrr.

Yup! Me again... I've been playing with my phone a little this morning to test some monochrome pictures since I can't work on the PC.

I have to order silicone cords because the ones I have are either too old and break easily or the new one is 9mm while my acrylic tubes are 11mm ID. I dont like the bends with that so tomorrow I will order some bitspower 11mm but won't be getting them before Octobre 13 if I'm lucky..

Anyways, my fault for not reading correctly... The last picture is the results I get when bending with a too small silicone insert...
Note: I would not have this problem if I would've stayed with petg.. But yeah, figured since I was going from 12mm to 14mm decided to go with acrylic instead. With the right size of silicone insert/cord, it would be easy but I'm not good enough to make perfect 90° and 180° bends with a 2mm diameter smaller cord than the tubes. I'm the only one to blame but it would be nice to have cords of different size than just 9mm.

Was offered 850$ for both the cpu and motherboard just now.. i would let it go at 900 to be able to get new ones for my nephew's build.. knowing the chip is running at 5.2GHz, 1.28v stable and never higher than mid 70° on full load, do you guys think i should let it go? I could prob push to 5.3GHz but i hate getting to close to the edge of temperatures..

Anyways should i accept the deal and go with z490 or wait to see if i can get the 900$ I'm asking for?

Well, everything is out of the case now for the dual loop upgrade and hard tubing.. decided to move the top radiator on the side panel instead for better cooling and less restriction on the exhaust fans.

Now i cant decide if i should install the cpu block in default position or "goofy"(90° rotation)... I don't expect answers but anyone have any thoughts on that?

Latest order passed on September 1st.
Order processed and shipped on September 1st.
    Shipment received on September 2nd!

Less than 24hours! Thanks Daz for fast and great services!

Apparently missing a couple more parts but i won't be the one ordering them anymore. Most likely, i won't be abble to get him and install the 30 series gpu's so im going to give him the money and he will get them eventually along with the gpu blocks. He is starting his flight lessons soon so he will need to practice at home. I want to make a 6 screen set-up for the simulator so hopefully 2 RTX 2080 will be enough over a 3090...

im still gona install the hard-line tubing tho. Starting tomorrow if i feel good enough.
