Check this out. I have somebody who made an order, then asked to hold it, then asked to add something and to remove something, so at 1am I told him that I will cancel his order and he can make a correct one.
So, Xmas eve day I'm taking it easy, meanwhile:
5am e-mail - I want my order refunded asap.
7 am e-mail - I want my money refunded asap!
10 am e-mail . You're not responding, I want refund or I report you for fraud!!
