Check this out. I have somebody who made an order, then asked to hold it, then asked to add something and to remove something, so at 1am I told him that I will cancel his order and he can make a correct one.

So, Xmas eve day I'm taking it easy, meanwhile:

5am e-mail - I want my order refunded asap.
7 am e-mail - I want my money refunded asap!
10 am e-mail . You're not responding, I want refund or I report you for fraud!!

I hope he got it for cheap, when you have a clear case like that you need to be exceptionally meticulous, and it is pretty obvious that didn't occur.

That is right up there with the pizza box build (Google it). First improvement....get a refund or put a giant sticker over the whole thing to cover up the use of a full acrylic case which in my opinion can never look good (prove me wrong by all means)

Oh you're wrong, they don't look too bad when they are brand new and empty ! Only snef could possibly do a nice job with that and I bet he would not be happy at all !
