Then I moved onto this backpanel MNPCtech fan grill ... Daz says this thing has been sitting around in his warehouse for years.
Hope you like how I've used it!

Here's where it starts to pick up pretty quickly with the internals!

this will be my Storage... 1Tb WDBlue and irc a Mushkin 120Gb SSD. could be a Crucial I forget.





This is a Fesser Admiral 360 rad... with the top caps modded (epoxied) to prevent leaks.





A couple of hand crafted mounting brackets for the FrozenQ rez.



some splashed of white paint, these are NZXT F2 fans. 1400RPM. really not rad fans at all, but they do glow orange!!



And the XFX 750W Black Edition PSU... it got a little road rash after I watched the new MadMax movie.



and finally, the rez inserted along with the mobo/GPU and some cables...

And now for the big finish?

Here's what I set up to cut and size my acrylic. Its 100% Primochill imperial measure crap.
very brittle. but again, its orange and UV apparently.
If anyone wants, I'm giving away free samples. I'll never use acrylic again if I can help it.
Not shown is my palm sander that I found worked very well with a nice course sandpaper 100 grit or lower? IDK really.

This mitre and saw combo is cheap (20bucks) but it really worked well.
the saw is much bigger than those silly kids blades that come in EK kit.
and since I don't measure anything, I could cut it where ever, then sand it down to size.





I don't use any fancy mandrels either, just a square duct taped to the table... anything other than a 90 and its freestyle!!







and here you go. the real Pron. Finally some tubes in this crazy assed build.

here's my backpanel for the record. not bad IMO. I used some crazy 3M plastic cable cozies with double sided tape. works!



Top panel... yes there is acrylic there, its just super shiny.. and DOH!!!
I forgot to add the UChannel. never mind, it comes apart easy enough for other reasons TBA



The Back Panel... with the reworked bits from the original plastic front panel, and another MNPCtech fan grill: special edition HWC version!

and yes, if you've reached this part it's not over yet... some issues with electrics came up

thank you gentlemen. You all in some way or other have helped get me to this point.
I've watched so many fantastic builds from each of you that I just had to pay you all back.

BTW: two sort of issues. this build boots fine.
sometime in 2014 I benched the z77 and 3770K, so there was a nicely prep'd OS on my SSD.

trouble 1) the Bitfenix Recon software is being a total bitch.
trouble 2) the UV cathode inside the rez is Dead.

and really that's it... will mean that I need to remove some rivets to access the roof panel.
which is fine, because in my excitement to boot this AM, I totally forgot to add the U-Channel around the roof window
