    Thanks Jameswalt1. This post could just about be my favorite part of the build. When I was getting the parts together, I dug up these two Raptors

ID:	78791 I remembered looking at a Singularity Computers video called the "Typewriter Build"
    where Daniel used two Raptor X drives with the window in them. He was saying how noisy they were when they were working, and that they sounded
    a bit like a typewriter. I always liked the way they sounded. So here they are.
    Made a bracket to hold them and the Green drive all together.Click image for larger version

      Installed last two pieces of tubing in loop. One from the rad to the CPU and one from the memory to the midplate. Click image for larger version

      Drew a vacuum on the loop with a MityVac. Click image for larger version

      The loop held a vacuum of about 15" Hg for an hour or so. Click image for larger version

      Filled the loop with distilled water and ran it with external power for 8 hours.
      Connected the pump back up to the terminal block that is fed by the internal PSU. Click image for larger version

      Didn't have any incidents so I guess the next thing will be to drain and refill the loop.
      Have been using Dazmode Protectant without any problems.

          Thanks Daz, glad you like it. The spacing between the ports on the CPU block and the memory block just happened to be right on for two rotary 90's.
          Very happy about that.

                Thanks guys. When I first started laying out the tube runs , I wanted to mount the CPU block with the ports horizontal.
                But the row of capacitors on the left side of the CPU socket are so close that the block can only be mounted with the
                ports vertical. So in the end, it actually worked out better.

                    Hey MemBusX. Thanks. The aluminum kind of makes everything pop but it makes it tough to get a clear photo.
                    Have to work on the lighting some more.

                      Cleanest looking SLOB I've ever seen

                      That's a smart way to check for leaks using that vacuum. I may steal that idea from you if you don't mind. Pretty much eliminates some of the risk, initially.

                        That MityVac worked well for draining the loop too. In this loop, the coolant sits up in the rad until you draw it out. Used this setup that I use to bleed the brakes on the car. Click image for larger version

                        No more rads with just two ports. Or should have put a Tee in the line, up high somewhere, to let in the air.

ID:	78810 Wanted to isolate the top from the rest of the case to see if it will reduce some of the fan noise. Cut spacers out of 1/8 inch vinyl tubing to keep the top from squashing the foam. Click image for larger version

                              Thanks Hooded. Spent the last couple of hours playing with the fan setup in the bios. When the Phobya splitter was connected to the chassis fan header on the motherboard , I couldn't change the settings to make them lower. Thought maybe the splitter was passing too many RPM signals so I took all of the RPM leads out of the connectors except for the one hooked up to channel 1, but that didn't make any difference. Ended up putting the fan PWM and RPM leads onto the CPU header and the D5 RPM lead onto the chassis fan header. Now the CPU header reports around 340 RPM at idle. That's better, but it may be time to look at a fan controller.
