I'm in awe of the quality of work in this build.
Damn sweet rig.
Hey guys, thanks very much for your comments. I really appreciate them! This build log is quickly approaching completion. Filled the GPU loop last night and plugged in the EK pump. Love that pump. After the air stopped crashing around, and I throttled it back to 60% power, (1700 rpm) it was barely audible. Just have a couple panels to sand and polish, and then have to find some window material. One more update may do it.

The SLOB build log has finally come to an end. The last thing that needed doing was to apply the 1/8 X 1" sound deadening foam around the top of the frame and install the glass windows. Bought some regular 1/8" glass. The store wanted $65 minimum per piece to temper it. So $130 plus tax. All of a sudden store-bought tempered glass cases are looking like a pretty good deal. Took some more pictures. Most of it everyone has already seen. Kind of a build log roundup photo shoot.
Many thanks to everyone who commented and to those that came by to have a look. It was a lot of fun and can't wait to get going on something else. I think I'm already going through build withdrawal

Amazing work, wattermain! You've really outdone yourself! I also like that you stuck with clear coolant.

Thanks guys. Your comments make me feel that I should be getting right back in the saddle. Be nice to do an X370 mITX build. Although, by the time I was ready to buy the board, it would probably be an X770 mITX.

Hey 10e, Hey EZ, Thanks for your kind words. I am very happy that you liked the build and the content of the log. Hopefully next time there can be more content. I know that when I look at someone's build log, I seem to always want more.

Really cool. One suggestion if I may, HDD label is distracting, I'd would peel it off or cover with cool shoud.
Good idea Daz. I guess I've been looking at it for so long that I didn't see it anymore. Goes to show that a build is never really finished. Thanks for the feedback! Now where did I put those tools......?
